CareCaller is a technology provider and not a healthcare provider.

Healthcare organizations using the Platform remain responsible for patient relationships and consent collection.
CareCaller processes service data on behalf of healthcare organizations and authorized partners. Those organizations control the underlying relationship with the recipient.

Retained during the active customer relationship plus a reasonable wind-down period.

Retained per contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements, then deleted or de-identified.

Retained as long as necessary to honor communication preferences.

Retained per customer agreement and applicable requirements.

Requests regarding service and recipient data may need to be directed to the relevant healthcare organization or authorized partner that controls the relationship. CareCaller will cooperate with customers to fulfill valid requests where applicable.

California residents may request access, deletion, or correction of personal information by contacting support@carecaller.com.
