CareCaller provides communications infrastructure used by healthcare organizations and authorized partners to facilitate calls, text messages, AI voice interactions, voicemail, and related workflows on their behalf.

This notice explains how those communications work and how recipients can manage their preferences.

Who Sends These Communications

Communications are initiated by healthcare organizations and authorized partners using the CareCaller platform. CareCaller facilitates delivery on their behalf.

CareCaller does not independently send communications for its own direct marketing purposes.

Types of Communications

Communications may be delivered via:

  • SMS or MMS text messages
  • Phone calls
  • Voicemail
  • Automated systems
  • Prerecorded or artificial voice
  • AI-enabled voice systems

These communications are generally care-related, service-related, or operational in nature. Examples include:

  • Appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Scheduling and care navigation
  • Support and service inquiries
  • Account or service updates connected to healthcare workflows

How Consent Works

Consent to receive communications is generally collected by the relevant healthcare organization or authorized partner, not by CareCaller directly.

In some cases, recipients may provide consent or preferences through tools or forms made available through the CareCaller platform.

Consent is not a condition of receiving healthcare services.

Message frequency varies depending on healthcare activity and provider engagement.

Some communications may be delivered using automated systems or AI-enabled technologies operating on behalf of healthcare organizations to support care coordination and patient engagement.

Calls may be recorded or transcribed where enabled by the healthcare organization or authorized partner, subject to applicable law.

Security Notice

Email and text messaging may not always be fully encrypted. While safeguards are in place, messages may be subject to interception.

Sensitive information may be limited in messages, with direction to secure systems when appropriate.

Privacy

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose such data to service providers that help us deliver the service, and to the relevant healthcare organization or authorized partner as needed to manage communications and preferences.
