Communications Preferences

How to manage your SMS and voice communication preferences.

Healthcare organizations and authorized partners use the CareCaller platform to facilitate communications with recipients. If you would like to stop receiving communications or update your preferences, you can do so using the methods described below.

SMS Messages

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying to any SMS you receive:

HELPfor assistance

STARTto re-subscribe after opting out

Opt-out requests are honored promptly in accordance with applicable carrier requirements.

Voice Communications

You can opt out of voice communications in the following ways:

  • Request during a phone interaction that voice communications stop
  • Contact your healthcare provider or authorized partner to update your preferences
  • Contact CareCaller support at support@carecaller.com

We maintain and apply communication preferences and suppression requests promptly in accordance with applicable requirements.

Re-subscribe

To re-subscribe to SMS messages after opting out, reply START to any previous message, visit the Communications Opt-In page, or contact your healthcare provider.

Communication preference and opt-out requests may be shared with the relevant healthcare organization or authorized partner to help ensure preferences are maintained across systems.
